Nolvadex between last pin and PCT? I haven't seen an answer to this one....

Nolvadex Question:

Ok so after your last pin on a cycle of Test 400ml/wk for 10 weeks I have heard, it would take the test about 3 weeks to get out of your system. And that it is recommended to take Nolvadex 20mgs/ED from last pin until you start your actual PCT at that 3 week mark.. Correct? or is that 3 week mark from last pin to PCT just a time where you take nothing?

HCG Question:
I have also heard that one should start the HCG 2 wks before the end of the cycle and let it carry through up to 7 days before you start PCT thereby giving the HCG time to get out of your system.
Incidentally, I have also heard that HCG should start 3-4 weeks before last pin. So which is the better protocol to go by?

yes drug users let test stay in their system so there is no wastage of test....either that or you can cruise

I think you mean 400 MG (not ML!) per week

It will take about 14 days for the test ester to clear your system.

You don't need to start your SERM in that time.

If you ran a SERM on cycle, then yes, just continue use throughout PCT.

Yeah you are right I meant 400mg/wk. Ok so 14 days for the esters to clear. Then why wait until 3 weeks to start PCT? Just for added insurance, or what? I planned on Proviron and Novaldex during the cyle. But will discontinue it before PCT..
