ok bro..for starters 250 on Eq will do nothing for you..optimal results on EQ would be 12 weeks at least 500mgs...

Had hoped to cut up a bit by using at this dosage.So thats not going to happen then, that's what someone else in here told me.
When you say joint repair is that just keeping sourness out or is that associated helping me keep gains.

it doesnt actually repair them bro..it can act as a lucricant in the joint area..being that its oil...your "cut up" will depend solely on your cardio and nutrition bro..

what about the nolva.. ive never heard clomid only /ive heard nolva only...will the eq help with tennis elbow?
