    Estradiol has gone from 35.2 to 51.1 pg/mL; should I double Arimidex, or start Letro?

    Pre-cycle my estradiol was 35.2 pg/mL. I've been on Arimidex .25mg/day since day 1, but my estradiol is now 51.1 pg/mL (blood was drawn at the end of week 5 of my cycle.) Should I double (or more) my arimidex dosage? Or go straight to letro? I do have both on hand.
