hello to all. so i have been doing alot of reading on this site and i just want to be clarified on the hgh subject once and for all. my? is, there is no hgh supplements or any other kind of substitue that can be used in place of quality gh? also that quality gh can only be found in an injectable form that has to be reconstituted most of the time.

only injections...unless something was invented overnight! and usually you need to reconstitute unless it comes that way which more than likely is a script.. which can come ready to go...

the best way to get natural hgh is sleep ...go to bed early between 10-12pm when the circadian rhythm is primed for producing your gh pulse in the first couple to few hours of sleep...

you could take a whole bunch of amino acids in supplements...but nothing like the real thing
