    First Cycle - Getting ready

    Hey guys,

    Long time browser. This place is a goldmine of info.

    I've done my research, and Im getting ready to start my first cycle. Took me a while to get my diet in check and keep it in check, but I'm there now. Workout routine is in check and ready. I should mention my reasoning. I was an O Lineman in highschool, 6'3, 250 lbs or so. Then highschool ended and me and Mr. Gym lost touch. I started on a 4 year university diet that was just horrible. Last winter and spring I dropped 60 lbs by changing my diet and playing lots of sports (hockey, no more football). Lost a TON of muscle mass with it though. Now I'm around 185-190 lbs, and I'd guess 14-15% body fat. I want to add lean muscle and drop my BF% down to 10-11%.

    I'm from VERY rural Canada, and my cycle options are limited. I got a hold of some Profina, which is 150mg test prop and 100mg tren/cc. That's about all I can get my hands on personally. I'm going to do 1 cc EoD for 6 weeks. I've heard that the tren is going to kick my ass in terms of pain. So I'm looking at getting some Grapeseed oil to cut it with. Like the gear, stuff around here is hard to track down. Open to suggestions here.

    I want to have my PCT in hand before I do my first pin. As I mentioned, stuff is hard to come by around here. I can get Nolvodex but I've read that it actually increases gyno if used after tren and I'm prone to begin with. I can't get Adex or Clomid. My question is, can I use HCG as a PCT and if so when should I be taking it and how much?

    Tren is a bad idea for a first cycle.

    also to answer your question. Test p- bad for 1st cycle, tren- bad for first cycle

    Oops, my fault. I'm 24.

    In your opinion then, if I can't get any other kinds of gear, would it be better not to even start this?

    I agree and believe me, I'm taking your word for it.

    I learned that I am able to get a hold of test/tren/masteron at 150 mg/ml. Does the addition of masteron change any of your opinions on this cycle? Any info you can give me is much appreciated. I understand that tren and test p both have side effects that will kick a first timer's ass. I looked up masteron, and I guess it's side effects aren't that bad by comparison. Does that counter act the other two? I think theyre all going to be mixed into one bottle though, so I don't have the option to cut out the tren.

    Thoughts and advice are much appreciated.

    So I read all the newbie educational threads and profiles. Lots of info telling me the tren is a bad idea. I wish they weren't all mixed in together, ****. What would happen if I did smaller EoD doses? Would the tren side effects still be as bad? If everyone concurs that its a bad idea then I won't do it. Seems that way right now...

    Can someone critique my diet and tell me what they think? I'm not big up on measuring the mg's of protein or whatever (farm boy) but I'll give you the most description I can:

    Breakfast -
    1 bowl of yogurt with VeggieGreens mixed in
    2 servings of oatmeal
    1 bagel
    1 litre of water

    10 AM -
    Ham or chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes.
    1 litre of water

    Noon -
    Ham or chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes
    500 ml whey protein shake (25 mg protein)
    1 litre of water

    2:30 -
    Gym
    1 litre of water

    3:45 -
    Same protein shake

    5:30 -
    2 filets of fish or chicken breasts

    I got a feelin this ain't enough food to do it right. I'm open to ideas.

    bud you should look in the diet section yours is the worst ive ever seen posted. bagels/ham wtf.....

    Definitely check out the diet section, though it's not that bad off.

    As far as I'm concerned, while I love Trenbolone very much, it is a TERRIBLE first timer compound. Stick to something simple like a low to moderate dose testosterone enanthate for a first cycle.

    Visit the diet section and get that straightened out because even if you do decide to take AAS you wont keep your gains.

    Get a PCT/AI plan.

    Try for TEST e or c then youll figure out the dosage plan.

    Spend at least about few months of steady researching these key factors and you might be ready.

    Since your not 25 and very inexperienced I am unsure your going to get the help your looking for without putting more time into researching and studying the site, these questions you asked are asked/answered here 10 times a day, no ones going to do the research for you.

    This should get you started, because it very well helped me.
