    Yates approved Pro GF

    Any of you guys heard of this stuff yet? Yates approved Pro GF? It is in this months issue of planet muscle. THey did a write up on it. Did as search and came up with nothing. Anyone have nay expeiriance with this stuff? Heard anything about it? Anything?


    I guess it is kind of like Beverly's Synergy I guess.....so the magazine saya.


    What is the diff between this stuff and../...like, EAS Phosfagen HP creatine with transport, or celltech creatine?

    I ordered some but it is not here yet. Just tring to get some info on it.

    I've tried almost the entire Dorian Yates Approved line..........liked everything. While i was using a bit of the Pro GF i noticed better and longer pumps

    When is the best time to take it? I would think after a workout, becuase it has all the glutamine in it.
