My first pin was on halloween night.
250mg every saturday/wed
Pct is nolva only
So far ive only pinned in my quads.
I was weighing in at about 183-185 a few days before my first pin. I was eating maybe 150-200 carbs at that time finishing a cut...
Today i weight in at 204. Holding alot of water haha...
Diets in check.
Main carb sources:
Oats (i use the flavored packets lol, maple and brown sugar ftw)
white rice
milk
100% Whole wheat bread
Whole wheat pasta
Main protien sources:
Chicken breast
Myo Whey
Top sirloin
Chicken thighs
93% lean ground beef
Main far sources:
Peanut butter
Eggs
My diet differs day to day...my meal times etc. I just eat when i have time and am hungry. I usually just try to keep calories at around 3500.
When i was natty bulking i was bulking on 3200-3400 calories so im not sure how much to bump that up once the test really hits.
