    12 week cycle Test E (500mg)

    Ill use this to keep track of how im feeling and how injections go..


    My first pin was on halloween night.

    250mg every saturday/wed
    Pct is nolva only

    So far ive only pinned in my quads.


    I was weighing in at about 183-185 a few days before my first pin. I was eating maybe 150-200 carbs at that time finishing a cut...

    Today i weight in at 204. Holding alot of water haha...


    Diets in check.

    Main carb sources:

    Oats (i use the flavored packets lol, maple and brown sugar ftw)
    white rice
    milk
    100% Whole wheat bread
    Whole wheat pasta


    Main protien sources:

    Chicken breast
    Myo Whey
    Top sirloin
    Chicken thighs
    93% lean ground beef

    Main far sources:
    Peanut butter
    Eggs



    My diet differs day to day...my meal times etc. I just eat when i have time and am hungry. I usually just try to keep calories at around 3500.

    When i was natty bulking i was bulking on 3200-3400 calories so im not sure how much to bump that up once the test really hits.

    Ill post my next workout...i went to the doc today and i have a pulled muscle in my back soo im going to take a few days off...body needs it anyways been feeling beat up!

    chicken thighs are fatty and not a good source of lean protien, breast meat is a much better choice.jm2c

    Alright just got back from the gym.

    update yesterday.


    I didnt plan on going to the gym yesterday but my friend hit me up and told me he needed me there. I told him id come and hit some calves while he hit quads.

    So got a nice calf workout in...was jelly watching my friend hit legs...but my quad was a wee bit swolen from my last injection. Today it is much better though. Back is slowly getting better also.


    So i decided to hit the gym today got a shoulder workout in. pretty light kept the weight to where id hit failure at around 12-15 reps. I usually keep all my weights at around 8-10 failure range...but ive been seeing alot of people say they respond better to higher reps for shoulders so i may give it a go.

    Im a big fan of dorian yates and his philosophy and views on training....im more about really feeling each and every rep and feeling the negative than just moving weight.

    Smith press:
    warm up:
    95x20
    115x15

    working sets:
    135x15
    135x15
    135x14
    135x8, RPx5, RPx5, RPx4

    Def not use to higher reps. I felt like i was done after this haha.

    Dumbell press:
    35x4x20

    My front delts are dead from the smith at this point. super light weight nice stretch on every rep.

    Seated dumbell shrugs:
    75x20
    100x15
    120x3x12-15




    Usually i would have started with some dumbell laterials but last shoulder workout they agravated my back really badly....so i decided to just do some upright rows in the smith with a wider grip to hit my side delt. Nice slow controlled reps.

    Upright rows:
    95x15
    115x15
    135x15
    135x15
    135x12

    Smith behind the back shrug
    135x15
    185x15
    225x12
    225x10 drop set, 135x13


    Reverse pec deck (Rear delts)
    x15
    x12
    x12
    x12
    x12, x8

    At this point im like eh what a bleh shoulder workout...my back is stopping me from doing any front raises or laterials...so i decide to give the cable laterials a go

    cable laterials:
    20x12
    25x to failure then power it up and hit 2-4 negatives
    25x to failure then power it up and hit 2-4 negatives


    Im feeling better about this workout....decide to hit some dumbell laterials

    20x4x15

    finish on the rear delts with some facepulls...


    such an all over the place shoulder workout.....not my typical workout better than nothing though.

    Ill be pinning in my glute in a bit...first time trying to pin in my glute we will see how it goes.

    I started about 2 days before you did.. I am on a 10 week 500mg/week cycle myself.

    Just curious, have you felt any strength gains yet, is this your first cycle?

    This is my first one, wondering when it will be obvious that its working.. I noticed some minor gains on scale, probably mostly from over eating.

    Hmm im not sure ive felt any strength gains as of yet....and any i have had are just probably from all the water.

    little update.

    Im not sure if this was stupid but saturday night i decided to inject another 2.5ccs (the rest of my 10ml vial.)

    So i had a total of 3.5ccs saturday. So 850mg or so of test.

    I should have front loaded on this cycle to speed it up....so i middle loaded lol wut.


    So im hoping that does something in terms of speeding it up.



    The past few days ive been semi sick and weathers been dreary so im been feeling down....kinda beat up. Today i am feeling much better though.

    Sunday was legs was feeling kinda bleh.




    Legs:
    Smith squats close stance
    Leg press wide
    dumbell Lunges
    hammer strength leg curl
    abbductor work


    All in all it was a good workout..


    This morning was back..


    Barbell rows (lats)
    1 arm dumbell rows(lats)
    Rack pulls(lowerback)
    close grip seated cable rows (really focusing on the squeeze)(lats)
    Machine tbar rows?(innerback)
    Smith bent over rows (innerback)

    Goodwork out....im too lazy to post the sets/weights/reps


    About to leave to hit Bis also.


    Lying dumbell curls on incline bench (very strict)3 sets
    barbell curls 3 sets
    hammer curl 3
    Hammer strength concentration (take it past failure...good movement kinda got it from yates week in the dungeon with dugdale)1 set

    Forearms
    Reverse barbell
    wrist curls
    Static holds


    EDIT:

    Diet wise everything has been good. Im pretty much always spot on with my diet.

    Cool, excited to see if we both see weight gain at around the same time.

    My weight has been pretty static, some minor increase in strength, nothing too drastic.

    I ll be following your progress.. good luck, keep it up!

    STOP DOING SMITH MACHINES!!! They are a waist of time.. stick to dumb bells and barbells.. leave the smith machine to the girls and the old timers..

    Update

    what is this day 30 or so.

    have an injection in a little while.


    I started at about 185 a little carb depleted a few days before halloween...the past few days im been weighing in the 206 or so...
    today i woke up and weighed 206 on my scale...had a protien shake and cup of oats went to gym and the gym scale said 210...
    .

    so yeah holding alot of water still.

    When my friend saw my weight lastnight (216 had a bunch of food/crap in me) he commented on how i looked every bit of it.


    My chest thickness is really coming in nicely.
    My bis are feeling alot denser.
    traps and back also.
    Legs grew quite a bit seeing how my pants are super tight on my quads now...
    overall everywhere is growing.

    strength up...i cant say its up more than if i was just training natty though.



    consider extending my cycle to 15 weeks, why?

    Supposedly cutting on test helps you maintain lean tissue right. And i cant cut during or after pct for a bit or ill most likely lose all the gains seeing how my body hasnt adjusted to the new mass.

    Knowing this i plan to do this.


    Bulk weeks 1-12
    Cut the last three weeks.
    And then during pct put my calories back up to above maintenance.

    I will of course monitor how the last 3 weeks of cutting goes if i somehow start losing alot of lBM ill stop and continue to bulk instead.....but yeah thats the plan!

    Absolutely. Your jipping yourself by not recruiting all the muscle fibers that you could with barbell.....and especially dumbell.

    Maybe go 12 weeks of test and bulk all the way and do a PCT? You might actually lose a lot of unwanted fat/water after a full PCT.

    I think a second cycle bulk/cut would be a better option. You'll have more size and be prepared to see how much you are holding on average after a full PCT.

    This is atleast what my plan is. I will see how I look after PCT, maybe do a test/deca/dbol and winny last 4 weeks for cut

    I ran the same cycle last year. The gains were amazing. I think it really kicked in around second week for me. I focused on compound lifts for the most part, squat, bench (flat decline incline) deadlift, cling, rows, chin ups, etc. I lost no gains after cycle and neither did my friend who did his first cycle also with me. Good luck bro and keep us posted. Just be careful of over extending your cycle length. You can always run another after you recover from your first one. No need to get greedy.

    Yes but the thighs contian alot of fat soluble nutrients..

    Fat isnt evil.
