    Prop/Var Cycle some tweaks?

    I am on Testosterone Propionate 100mg/ml & Anavar 10mg tabs for 12 days now. I am running them side by side for 8 weeks.

    Prope - 100mg EOD
    Var - 70mg ED

    My goals are to not gain much if not any weight. I want to be lean and super strong! I was going to go with Halo but i researched a few users said it really puts the liver under alot of stress and is dangerous.

    Stats:

    Age: 25
    Height: 5'11
    Starting Weight: 198
    BF %: 12.5
    Cycle experience ~ First Cycle.
    Training: 45min - 1Hour of Arc Trainer every morning.
    Monday Chest/abs , Tuesday Legs, Wed. Bike Sprints / Curls/abs Thursday Legs, Friday Sprints / Tris Saturday, Abs/Legs / back. Sunday Rest.

    From when i started on November 8th. I weight myself today and im up from 198 - 212. Ive read that ppl get a lean look & hard off var...and prope u just dont gain much water. Well...it seems to me im getting alot of water retention. My Exemestane (Aromasin) * Liquid Stane * should be here tomorrow morning. Will that get me back down to my starting weight? Or am i just on the wrong cycle / stack to reach my goals. Im not trying to get bloated and watch my hard work come in after the cycle is done. Im looking to really shrink my waist and be pretty damn ripped and strong. NOT BIG. Also, when i work out now i do feel like my muscles need to get warmed up a little more but when they get going they are goin forever...But it takes 3 - 4 days for me to feel the really really soreness from that training sesh. Usually its the next morning or next day i am sore. Little confused on that.

    Also running
    1500mg Vitamin C ED
    Potassium Gluconate 1 ED
    Celery Seed Extract 75MG 2x a Day
    Lipid Stabil 3x a day
    Fish Oil 1kMG 4G ED
    1 Gallon of h2o ED
    ....CLOMID / NOVLADEX after last pin of prope.

    Any suggestions or help id appreciate it. Thanks!

    14lbs in 8 days seems to be a lot ,how much did you change your diet during cycle as opposed to prior

    Yeah i did change my diet a little more but not much. I am doing some high volume training this past week so. Replenishing hard after the sprint work out is important. I am actually feeling really tired b/c it really hits the CNS hard. My side is basically some plain brown rice with every meal in the day now. If its the steak , tilapia , chicken breast... I do brown rice and steamed veggies. But even when i started i was eating really good and going to sleep on an empty stomach 2 hours before sleep. Yet i still gained. Usually i lose when i do that routine.

    I have done this cycle, and you're right on point. However, knowing that I know now, I will run my far towards the end of the prop cycle. I have always run them concurrently, and I never realized how much the var trashed my appetite until I started the test prop and then layered in the var. That aside, by second cycle was interrupted by a random call from my GP saying I needed to come in for a blood test and instructions for how injections for my TRT; lame. That aside, I gained a nice solid 8lbs lean and held the gains through the blood test.

    Oh, in summary - yeah you're on track. Just diet and cardio like a mother****er towards the last two weeks.

    Sounds good boundup. What was yer weekly MGs w/ the Var and Prop? I honestly dont like the weight gaining thing cuz it hurts my lower back when i go over 210lbs

    I was on 75mg ed & 60mg of the var. The ED shots gave me solid blood levels and I found I responded better than the EOD shots. I had to change my training routine to align with the pins to make sure that muscle wasn't strained. I also pinned at night a couple hours before bed, finger massaged the spots and applied a heat pad for about twenty minutes. I did glute, delts, quads & triceps.

    A couple points of advice.

    - Supplement some taurine, the pumps from the var come on quick in the second week. And there were so painful sometimes, cardio was hard.
    - Liver support if you don't already have it.
    - I found the 100mg shots to be more painful than the 50/75 ed shots. Your mileage may vary.
    - I ran liquid stane as well, and loved it.

    I would push your weight up in a difference of your target body weight + bf %. Then in your last couple of weeks, cut it up. The appetite suppressing features of the var makes the cutting easy. I nailed down my macros, cardio in the morning for 30 mins and 30 mins in the evening. And I was g2g

    I would like to know how u found out about the responding better on ED shots. Also, when you say painful pumps. Describe? Like i said in first post. I dont feel painfully sore until 2 - 3 days after that work out session. It is weird! Usually im sore the next morning or the next morning after that. How did the liquid stane work out for u? i just took 1cc this morning. Hopefully my weight will go back down in a week or so. Did your waist shrink? Did u lose weight? did u harden up?

    I was doing EOD of prop on my first cycle and decided to do ED shots based on a the test graphs posted on this site. Showed that ED shots provided more stable blood levels. When I did it, I found my mood was consistent and I felt better. The var pumps were intense. I had them really bad in my calves and lower back. The second cycle, at the aforementioned dosage, proved to be better when I supplemented taurine. The liquid stane works really well, I have been doing 12.5mg ed, and it proved to be great at controlling bloat and the other misc things.

    As far as hardness is concerned, for me it came on slowly, but then it hit like a mack truck. The vascularity is intense.

    I am more than half way through my cycle. Id like to say that its hard to lose the weight. If anything its so ez to gain the weight. I am doing half cc of Liquid stane ED and it dropped me down to 205 for a bit and randomly 2 days later im @ 215. I dont see any hardness or shredding going on and its been 5 weeks. I upped the Var to 80MG to btw.

    Going to bed on an empty stomach alright? And for cardio....Arc trainer @ level 2 30 minutes per day? thats around 450 Calories. I am hovering over 213. I check it everyday. I honestly wanna be super strong @ 195 all muscle. Am i on the wrong cycle/stack? Its so hard to do cardio with my lower back pain from gaining weight. Should i just get IGF-1 or HGH? Alll this cardio is just going to fatigue me b/c of the volume of my sprint work and everyday leg days. Although i do see veins in my arms! No testicular shrinkage either....replys r greatly appreciated !

    The liquid stane aint much. Do i need to mix it around with water in my mouth and swallow? Cuz im just dropping it on my tongue and swallowing...
