So If I am on a normal dose of test say 100mg week for regular HRT protocol and then do a 12 week cycle. Do I need worry about PCT or do I just keep taking Arimidex and got back to my regular dose?

Nothing to it, but to do it
If you're on trt then there's no need for pct. Just continue your hrt. You should have bloodwork done tho to make sure that the 100mg is still where you need to be.
