I am 48 years young.
105kilos
BF is 15%
Been training all my life, harder over the last 10 years.
This will be my second cycle.
My goal is to get big, put on weight and get stronger.

I train for about 70 mins per session, 2 body parts, a day, 3 on 1 off, old school but I like it. B&B, C&T S&L.
What I plan to do is………………………………………… …..
Test Enanthate 1ml twice a week for 12 weeks
Deca Durabolin 1ml twice a week for 12 weeks.
I also plan to use Winstrol 2-3ml from week 6 through to week 14.
1800mg Clomid - 48 tabs (50mg/tab) from 13 to 15.
Basically its a 12 week cycle on the juce, but cutting with the Winny.
I eat a high protein diet and have 2 say away from carbs as much as I can as they just blote me
