Exclamation Advising people in AAS Q&A?

Just some things that I've recently noticed here, with a lot of faces that are even newer than mine.

I see new memebers come in with thier first post with questions like:

"hey guys i've done a lot of research and i'm ready to cycle, Can someone tell me what i should run for my first cycle? I was thinking deca" I'm trying to put on muscle mass just hit a plateau and not gaining anymore.

Then a vet, mod or experienced member responds:

"Hi welcome to the board, lets start with your stats.
    Age?
    height?
    weight?
    bodyfat?
    Training experience?
    Hows your diet?"

Then before the OP has a chance to reply 3 replies come in from newer members

"Dude, You gotta run test with your deca. at least 250mg a weeks"

"No man the test has to be higher than the deca"

"First cycle should be test only 500mg a week maybe with a dbol kickstart"

    Ok now the OP replies,

"hey guys thanks for the advice. So I should run test 500mg a week, ok got it. Oh and by the way my stats are 19, 6'2, 170lbs, I've been lifting for 4 months now. I train my entire body 3 times a week in a full body workout and I play basketball. My diets good I eat 3 square meals a day lots of vegatables and fruits.

Ok so now the 19 year old OP has been told 3 different things without even knowing anything about him.

    Experienced member, vet, mod responds.

"No offense but you're diet is no where near good to go. You're still to young to cycle you're body has all the hormones it needs naturally right now to build mass. Just need to get your diet and training straight. How bout you spend a little time in the diet section learning how to eat. I guarantee you'll get build muscle with the right diet and training regiment. Any questions you have along the way we'll be happy to answer for you"

After that theres no response. A month or two later the OP posts again

"hey guys i'm having some problems on my cycle. I'm injecting 2ml of 250mg per ml Testosterone Enanthate, and 600mg of deca per week, this is my fourth week Last week i started to break out really bad on my chest and back. My left nipple is getting sore and itches all the time and looks really puffy. I I've been taking 100mg a day of clomid cause a guy at the gym told me it would help and i've been really depressed latley can someone help me?" Oh and I almost forgot i'm taking 40mg of dbol as a kickstart!

This is all just a hypothetical situation, but if this person were real who knows what damage they would have done to thier body. Young people have a habit of only hearing what they want to hear and all it takes is one person from this board saying or even implying that its ok for them to cycle.

Big had a good thread on this i tried to find to bump earlier about things to ask yourself before you advise someone else. Here were a few.

    1. Do I know what this site's values are?

    2. Do I have personal experience or real knowledge reguarding this persons situation?

    3. Have i told them the facts and risks involved with thier decision?

    4. Can I back up my advice with facts if not by experience?

The advice you give to new memebers can have a profound effect on that persons future, positive or negative. I also see people just telling someone wow thats a stupid Idea or you just dont' have what it takes. How about telling them why its not a good idea, or instead of telling them they don't have what it takes or they're not ready tell them what it DOES take to BE READY! People come here for help, and if we're not helping them then what are we doing?

My first posts on here were asking some of the most idiotic questions ever, I even had someone tell me its ok to run a solo anadrol cycle at 100mg a day for 8 weeks as a first cycle, but I lucked out and there were people who took time to help point me in the right direction, so lets think before we post!

There normally only listen to what they want to hear and not what is right, but thats the young and immature for you but many of us do try and hight-light bad advice on threads so the OP understands its not the right directions but yet again they will only listen to what they want to hear.

The best thing to do is catch up with them 3 months down the line in the HRT section screaming/crying, usually they will listen at this stage when their can't get hard.
