thats a pretty weak cycle IMO what were your previous cycles? Whats your bodyfat%? Also there's no need for the aromasin in your PCT. 250mg is a little more than a TRT dose which isn't much.

    bf at 14 percent..
previous cycles-tbol/var safe begininer cycle 8 wks
tbol/var/bioidentical test cream 10wks..put on great mass but got receeding hairline and post pct developed gyno after abruptly stopping novedex xt
    tbol/var/eq 13 wks..this was a good cycle..dropped good on bf/got really tight/test was 1000 after 13 wks eq 600mg/great appetite stamina and endurance

am also taking hcg at 250 iu for 10 wks hence thought that aromasin wont harm..what do you think

5'11" 160lbs you need to eat more my friend, running small cycles aren't gonna get you anywhere your trying to achieve too much with too little. Take the calories up and train get to 200 lbs with strong diet and then cycle, if sides concern you take measures to help prevent them. if you like test look into prop to help keep blood leveles stable keeping the risk of sides low. Unfortunately the aas that make you grow have bad sides accept it or maybe they are not for you

i started aas a yr back and from 64 kgs landed at 76 in a yr..

stomach is bit weak on acids hence have trouble digesting whole load of meat or multiple protein shakes...plus due to the haywire and aerobic nature of work putting on is always a concern...

also at 37 dont have the edge that i had at 24 or even 28..

with prop pining ed would be an issue since i keep travelling..so test e it is...will 250 be decent or is too less.

Hold on you have been doing aas for a year and you are on cycle 4, if that's correct don't cycle, get blood work done and really think about what you are doing

its actually a yr and half...and yes i get blood work done every month..so no worries there as i also do bloodwork pre/mid/after cycle and post pct..blood work is in top shape..

i am not on but am planning cycle 4th my friend..so basically am done 3 cycles in 18 months..cycle lengths were 6/10/13 wks..

so once again, is 250 decent or it will be too less..

hey madge great cut you got going there..

i agree to what you say..but diet is and will be a concern due to my hectic work style and bad digestion..

right now i am on a clean diet getting 3500 calories a day...and my stomach is already a mess with bloating/gas etc etc..

being a blood group A i will always have a problem in this area..i bet you are an O.... or a B or an AB

oops there we go again...if you dont have enough knowledge on stuff its better to keep surfing and learning..do you actually know what a,o,b or ab stands for..if dont then google learn a bit about blood groups, there effect on stomach acids, various health complications generally faced by certain blood groups, foods that cause allergic reactions in diff blood groups, food that benefit certain blood group..cortisol factor for group a or adrenalin factor for group o..

you can only learn if you learn to respect others..
