Hi..
I've cycled before and have a good understanding, but want to know if there is anything else anybody can help me with. I just wanted to some suggestions on doing a Tren A (75mg) and Test E (250mg) cycle.
My thought is to do a 10week pyramid cycle from 1ml/wk up to 3ml per week and then back down to 1ml/wk of each; using a total of 40ml (20ml of each). I'm taking the tren every 3rd day and test once a week
I'm training each body part once a week and doing 30 mins cardio a day; 30 mins of walking on the treadmill after my workouts
I'm eating every 2 hours; oatmeal, poached eggs, vegetables, fruits, chicken, kangaroo, fish, cottage cheese, peanut butter
Taking a good supplements including hydrolyzed Protein; creatine; glutamine
Taking nolva at the end of the cycle and also going to end with some clen
It's the end of my 2nd week and I've gained 3kg.. I'm guessing I'll gain a good 10-15kg.. similar to gains in the past..
If you have any suggestions to improve any of the above please let me know.. thanks..
