I need some acne help please

I'm 25 years old, I've had acne since I was 15. It hasn't been too bad until recently I've started getting bacne(cysts) and chest acne, as well as breaking out real bad on my neck.

I haven't used AAS in years. I've been using neutrogena body wash and clearisil face wash

I'm willing to do what it takes to squash this problem once and for all. any help is greatly appreciated. respond or pm me please

3 options IMO

1. Accutane
2. Tanning
3. Salt water - the ocean

I'm considering running low dose accutane (20 mg ED) the stuff is expensive. best deal ive found is about 1.00 a day lol

roche brand forget about it, that will break bank.

maybe I'll start tanning

Swimming in a chlorinated pool.
Tanning, sans lotion.
Dawn dishwashing soap for a few weeks.

I'd say if all that fails, go see a dermatologist and discuss other options like Accutane.

If you are having acne problems worse then moderate and is not only severe but has been occurring for many years, over the counter sh*t isn't going to do a lick.

If its bad and been bothering you I would suggest 100% get on accutane and squash your problems for good. I have known about 3 people in my life who had severe acne which really destroyed their self confidence and the ability to go out and have fun. All of them ended up taking accutane and their face cleared up like babies. When they saw what it did for them they were almost angry because they had suffered soo long when they could have taken accutane years before.

You have to take it for awhile for it to really start working though. I believe my buddy took it for like 4 months or something like that maybe even 6. If I were you I wouldn't waste any of my time worrying about it and start stopping the problem as quickly as possible.

If you go on 60-80mg a day of accutane for 4 months straight your acne will be gone forever. I guarantee it. Think about it. And 20mg is nothing and will be ineffective especially when you are using generics. The Roche is twice the price but it could be twice as strong, I have done both. You could get away with 40mg probably.

Yeah it is going to cost you a couple hundo a month but it is worth every penny.

yeah I'll probably do it. It kills me that I can't even find a domestic source these days so, I have to stack on an extra 50.00 for shipping.

I might linger around OLM forums for a few weeks and see if anything pops up

Can I get over the counter Accutane? Also will a doctor only perscibe a certain amount? Thanks guys! Oh one more...how harsh is it on your liver and can you take it while on roids? thanks agian!
