    first cycle guys how does it look?

    Week 1-10 Test E 250 mg monday thursday
    week 1-16 Adex .50mg every other day

    PCT
    week 13-14
    nolva 40 mg daily
    clomid 50 mg daily
    week15-16
    nolva 20 mg daily
    clomid 50 mg daily

    im 5 9 in a half 170 8% bodyfat now and am hoping this cycle will bring me up to 185-190 8% bf and from their my intention is not to cycle again but to maintain that naturally i believe it should be maintainable naturally because 185-190 seems that it should be withint my natural potential to maintain

    you didn't mention your age but you look about 21-21yrs old which is too young to use aas. second if you feel your natural limit is 185-190lbs then get there naturally

    that was a nice guess there is more to this than just wanting to cycle iv always been natural and i just enjoy the process and lifting in its own im not neccassarly in a rush but you see i bulged a disc earlier this year and i was stubborn and never took the time off to let it heal so im having to do that now it dont have a terrible bulge or anything but the doc said they think it will be about 3 months before i can lift heavy again and besides that iv learned a good deal about he spine and discs during this process and i do not see doing squats and deads a good thing anymore for me i feel like it would just be asking to rebulge the disc or get a different one

    to be honest with what i know now it seems that for most people if your doing heavy deads and squats they put so much preasure on your discs its really only a matter of time till you get one so those are out of the question for me now but i will eb able to do all the other things

    so this is my reasoning since i actually am someone who enjoys the journey when lifting to gain the mass its all about using the heavy weight low reps and longer rest times basically just pushing up as much weight as you can for every set now thats fine i enjoy that style of lifting but i am more understanding now of the effects that has on your joints and the stress it has on your body so i think a maintance style work out is healthier overall with ligher weight higher reps and shorter rest times

    so basically im kind of weighing out the greater of two evils on it here i do think at least 180 is achieveable naturally probably around 185-190 but i think that will take quite a lot of time to get too so i see it this way put a ton of stress on my body and joints for years until i reach my goal on cycle once and and then i can maintain my goal physique in a healthier way from there

    this is kind of my reasoning to be able to save my joints a little and less stress on the body my maintance style work outs would be similar to greg plitts with about 45 seconds-1 min rest periods lots of sets all reps around 8-12 and many different excersises some super sets as well

    Cycle and PCT look good

    Maybe run it 12 weeks. But if your gains have slowed at week 10 then you could end it there.

    Im just going to throw this out there.... but maybe run only 250mg a week for your first cycle.

    If your young, able to put together a solid diet and training routine... then you should 100% be able to make some damn good gains off 250.

    Ive gained 60lbs of lean muscle in my 3-4 years of bodybuilding... and never once have I gone over 500mg of test.
    Squeeze out every frigging pound of muscle that you can with as little gear as possible, for as long as you can.

    Bodybuilding isnt a race, its a journey. A life long journey.

    You stated in above post how you want to be healthy and keep your joints and the stress on your body to a minimum....

    well then take it slow with hormones and chemicals.

    You could even run 250 test on your 2nd cycle and throw in 25mg dbol.
    Dont just plan THIS cycle.... if your head is in this game for life... then plan accordingly.

    Just my 2cc's. Though as I said... cycle looks good as is.

    thats an interesting idea i mean im all for the safest way of going about it and i think that im pretty close to my goal physique now i think i between 10-20 pounds off im 170 now and could see 180 being exactly where i want to be but im not positive so i was kind of goign about it with the intentions of erroring on to much than too little since i figure once im off ill lose at least a couple pounds especially wiht test E from water weight also because no part of me wants to be running cycles for a long time i just want to attain my goal so i can maintain it and reduce stress on the body

    what kind of gain have you experienced with 250mg a week? i have read some things where people had good gains with 300 mg plus then i could pin twice a week and not ahve to worry about towards the end of the week kind of running low hormonally

    what kind of gains could you expect to see from 300 mg a week do would you think? if i could do that and once im off and done with pct and lost the water weight hold on to 10 pounds of solid muscle id be all for it i think it would give me a really good base for if thats exactly what size i want or if i want to gain just a little more plus it would be safer and easier pct probably easier to keep the gains as well

    At 170lbs, you dont need 500mg/wk. Especially not for your first cycle. I also think 10weeks is plenty for time. IMO, .75cc on Monday and Thursday, weeks 1-10. Thats 375mg/wk and plenty without getting too much side effects with 500 at only 170lbs.

    thanks for the reply i think it would be best to keep it between 300-375 as you guys have said for a first cycle to minimize sides and also im not looking to be huuge im 170 now and i htink that my goal physique would be 180-190 same bodyfat of 8% which i think is very possible to obtain with this cycle im guessing regardless of how much i gain though during pct i will lose around 3 pounds from water weight

    as far as diet i have a fast metabolism and right now at 170 i take in 3200 cals with about 290-300 grams protein 220-250 grams carbs and 90 grams fats while on cycle my plan is to keep my diet the same during the first few weeks and around week 4 go up to 3500 cals week 5 3600 week 6 3700 and once im at week 7-8 im planning to have calculations for maintance at the bodyweight of 190 and i will decide then if i should raise it to that number at week 7 or 8 and continue with those unless of course i were to get above the weight of 190

    how does that sound guys? also i was wondering do you think i should keep those ratios as i raise the cals or add more to any certain macro?

    also do you guys take any other support sups while on cycle? i have very good blood pressure but im just using this as an example but things such as hawthorn berry on cycle?
