My doctor won't consider giving me Arimidex or HCG, so I am left to order it on my own. I am a little in the dark on what the procedure for the HCG is(mixing and injection dose). I am going to order arimidex and B12 at the same time. What dose and frequency do you recommend for the B12?

1,000mcg/wk (1ml) will be sufficient for starters. You can bump that up a little if you feel it's needed. I stick with 1ml/wk and do great with it! Methylcobalamin is the best out there if it matters to you.
Will gladly get with you if you need help constituting your HCG. There's plenty of information here or online, or just send me a PM and I'll step you through it.

I've never felt any different on B12 injections. Is it just dependent upon the person, or does it take a while to feel any benefit?
