I was going on a 10 day orlando vacation, i was running sust 250 , 500mgs per week and 50mcg's of IGF every training day. I was a solid/bulky 252 pounds, 10 days befor leaving to orlando i doubled up on the IGF 80-100mcg's .

The Pumps were crazy and i got a nice sweat during training , using Reserve energy taining for my first 2 exercizes and steping up the pace for my last 2-4 exercizes, depending on body part being trained. The results were increable.

I took along some winny tabs for the 10 days in orlando, training down there 6 out of the 10 days and eating alot i put on 10 pounds, I felt bigger and that i was growing when i went off the igf and sust during the 10 days, i couldnt believe it i steped on the scale and seen 262. I am only 5-9" and i wasnt used to the hot Florida weather i was sweating out 2-3 pounds of water per workout.

OK my body is very sensitive to things and responds pretty good, but i never in my 15 years of training could put on weight that fast 10 pounds in 10 days. IMOP IGF is some good shit!
