Gyno , No Gyno , i am going mad , Please Help

more than a mounth ago i started using
30 mg anabol daily
+ 100 ml testolic weekly
+ 10 mg daily nolvadex
this was only for a weed as the cycle caused itchy nipples for me
i stopped it and mr bonabarte here adviced me to use nolvadex
20 mg daily and stop all the shit
i did so , i stopped the cycle and promised myself to take no steroid again
in my life and i begat taking 20 mg nolva , after 3 days i was annoyed
as itching increased and became both my nipples instead of only left
i went to two doctors who both asked me to stooop everything and i will be
naturally ok
i did so , stopped nolva and after 4 days i became natural
no itchy , no inflamation , only left nipple was alittle larger that natural
i figured that this will come naturally ok

i was ok , but days ago i told myself to use 25 mg of zinc before bed
as a natural test booster
i got vived dreams and from the second day i got itchy nipple in my left nipple
i was maaaaad why this happened again ??
anyway ,, i stopped zinc too , only took it for 3 days
now my left nipple is going to make me maaaaaaad
soooo itchy specially with clothes on
and alittle inflamed
right is so natural
what to do please advice me
i am afraid to take nolva
as i am not considered taking much steroid it was only one week
i am also afraid to be sensitive to anti estrogen
where nolva and zinc are both anti
so please please
tell me what to do

That's what you need!
Take 40mgs for a few days, then reduce to 20mgs.
When your symptoms are completely or satisfactorily diminished, continue for another couple of weeks.

This is a minor problem and should resolve rapidly. You really didn't need to end the cycle, and though I understand your resolution to discontinue after such swift gyno, it's an occupational hazard...doesn't sound like aas are for you.

If you are skerd of taking nolva (I am), take Rolaxafine or Torem they are both second gen serms with less sides and good efficacy in treating gyno.

I don't think he means Nolva specifically, but moreso SERMS. Guess we'll find out when the wolf returns.

hello friends
today , after 3 days stopping Zinc
i am 90% naturall
no itching , itching completely disappeared
only that my lift areola semms to be little "balloned " i dont know the english word
it was more than that last when i got the itchy problem from the cycle
are u still advising to take nolva
or or will be just ok ??
and why zinc reactivated the itchy feeling ?
