    Terrible Gyno from Deca?

    IS Gyno from Deca different?

My usual cycles is just test enanthate at 500 mg a week and i am prone to Gyno so I start off with adex throughout the cycle to prevent it and I keep letro on hand if something comes up. Well I started a cycle of 400 mg enanthate 300 mg of deca about 7 weeks ago while on adex the whole time I have huge Gyno lumps under my nipples and very sensitive. I just started some letro 2 days ago to take it away, Why did the adex not help and will the letro still get rid of it?

I stopped the deca a few weeks because of this, hope the issue doesnt come back once on the adex?

    Thanks guys

OK, first of all you should have read up on deca before you started using it. Deca is in a group of steroids known as 19-nor's and result in elevated prolactin levels causing gyno. Prolactin is the hormone that tells women to lactate, in some cases prolactin can be controlled by taking an AI because prolactin levels tend to decrease with estrogen levels in some cases it doesn't. Thats when you need a prolactin antagonist like cabergoline, or if you can't get that then get on ar-r.com and order liquid prami. And next time do some research before you inject a new compound!

I would start the letro now and order the prami as fast as possible incase the letro doesn't help reverse the gyno. If you've already got painfull lumps it might be time to just give in and go to a doctor if the letro/prami combination doesn't work., If possible you should get bloodwork done now and find out what your prolactin/estrogen levels are

May be progesterone/prolactin issue. Get some DOSTINEX or BROMOCRIPTINE.

While I think that the prolactin drugs mentioned above are very effective at stopping leaky nipples etc while on cycle and should still be taken for at this time. I feel it would be advisable at this point (2 weeks since last Deca) and considering that you have lumps under your nipples (glandular or ductal involvment) to add either Tamox or idealy Rolax as they would be the best option at reversing the gyno.

I am no expert and hopefully Swifto or someone who is will chime in but at this late stage I doubt the prolaction/progesterone drugs mentioned will reverse the already established gyno ( though they will still play a role in controlling prolactin/progesterone levels) I feel they are more effective at prevention than cure.

I would read swiftos posts on PCT ( I have read it several times and I am almost sure he talks about prolactin issues midway through the 8 page post) and Gyno (if I give you a number on tamox or lethro, it would only be by parrotting what Swifto has written) they are in the PCT section, then if you still have questions about dosage etc. go ahead and post them there.

As I said I am no expert, Swifto is though.
Reading the thread will give you a better understanding of the problem than me trying to retype the whole deal.
    Good Luck,
