    Unhappy what do you think?

    Let me start with so basic stuff:

    Im 28yr 5'10"' 170 lbs. BF is around 12% I have been in the gym for recreational use since high school. Some times I have been more dilligent then others but over the last year I have been on a strict program which allows me to workout 5-6 days a week depending on my work days.

    My diet is pretty solid as i take in between 2800 and 3000 calories a day with around 200 grams off protein.

    because of my job my meals vary but they go kinda like this.

    4 a.m. Wake up: bowl of cereal w/ 1% milk and a protien.

    630a.m. 3 eggs and 2 turkey sausage patties and 2 pcs wheat toast. (no salt or butter) Cereal bar

    930a.m. either some kinda chicken (grilled), tuna, beef (boiled) and some kinda noodles or beans. NOTE: this meal is small and meant to put calories in my stomach as it comes from where I work and it normally tastes bad.

    around the same time I have a banana and protein bar

    100p.m. turkey breast sandwich on wheat with brown rice

    330p.m. is kinda the same as the 930a.m.

    400-430p.m. 2 chicken breasts/or steak/ or pork chops with rice and beans or mashed potatos and corn/ green beans

    600p.m. protein bar, cereal bar, Shake

    800p.m. Chicken or steak or pork with rice/noddles and a glass of milk.

    930p.m. Casein shake and 1000pm-1030 BED time......

    I am at the gym from around 615 p.m. until 745p.m. and I drink water through out the day. I take basic supplements like multi-vitimans creatine, N.O. pre-workout, whey and casein, and REM for sleep and recovery.


    Now, I am always open to hear anyones thoughts or ideas but the whole point of this is to give some basic info cuz I am thinking of starting my first ever cycle because I'd like to put on more size but I have kind of a small frame to work with..

    I am thinking of going with a basic TEST-E at 250mg a week for 10 weeks.
    Is this too little test to get any results or should I bump it up to 300-400mg
    twice a week for 10 weeks???

    I have Clomid and adex on hand but am a little spotty on dosage. I have read several threads and stickies but am a little unsure as to when to start these and for how long. any help here would be great to.

    ANY OTHER QUESTIONS YOU HAVE PLEASE ASK CUZ I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT THIS FOR A LONG TIME AND WANNA GO FOR IT... I AM A NEW MEMBER AND LOOKING TO GET SOME SOLID INFO FROM ALL THE VETS OUT THERE. BUT I HAVE DONE ALOT RESEARCH ON HOW TO GO THROUGH WITH IT AND AM NOT JUST SOME NUBB WHOS POSTING LAB NAMES AND ASKING FOR SOURCES. THANKS !

    Yeah, I'd say you can cycle you seem to have a good foundation and knowledge about working out. You should probably do some more research on compounds.\

    I would bump the weeks up to 12, 10 weeks isn't long enough for me and its a long ester so you would really only feel it about halfway throught the cycle maybe a week before.

    And I've never used adex before so I'd rather not tell you how to use it. But you could always use letro @ 2.5mgs ED for the cycle length .

    I have heard that 10 weeks is just about the min so I might just go ahead and do the 12 since I have enough to do it. as a side note I won't be stating until around the first of the year because I wanna get all the info I can now that Im gonna do it.
