not actually its a little less every 7 shots u will be missing out on one then if you were doing 2 a week u will be shooting 17.5 in 10 weeks or 70 days where as a person 2 times a week would shoot 20 in that time period.

TUESDAY
SATURDAY
WEDS
SUNDAY
THURSDAY (THIS THURS COMMING UP)
WHAT IS wrong with this method? its 2 shots a week, hense the every 4 day shit i said.
week 1- tues sunday
weeks 2- weds sunday
week 3 thurs monday
am i right or wrong, or should i just do it on a set day like monday and thurs, and hoe would i fix this ???

dont make things more complicated than they are..pick 2 days and do it.. say monday and thursday as stated above..
