    anyone ever suffered sereous long term side effects from steroids ??

    With a proper cycle and PCT there shouldn't be any long term side effects.

    Do ur own research and decide if the risks are worth the gains

    I have spoken to people who have used gear for 20+ years and have done everything wronge and they are fine except for being on TRT
