    Still eating.....

Guys, i haven't stopped eating turkey, stuffing, dinner rolls, cranberry mold, ham, pumpkin pie and cherry pie since thursday. And i haven't been to the gym since Feb. I still workout here at home but shit, i'm getting fat. haha...Carrying 247lbs. right now but i need some motivation to get back in the gym. I love the gym(consider it my second home), but i've lost it a little although i have lots of stuff in my closet.
Guys, help me get back to the gym.....I need a little push!!

    oops read thread wrong lol

But yeh left over thanksgiving food gets me every year, christmas too. I always isolate for at least 2 days and just eat eat eat like a fat pig.
Its my way of "celebrating" I guess... even when its not technically a holiday anymore.

Thanksgiving goes by too fast anyway, only one way you can make it last and thats making sure you have a lot of left overs..

Way I get myself motivated is I have a key phrase I say in the mirror. "Could you do this if someone paid you a $1000?" If the answer is yes then I figure if I ca do it for money then I can do it for myself. I use this on my 15 year old as well when he says he can not do something. Really works weel.
