How to PCT after Primo and Test? With one bottle of clomid and nolva from ar-r??? How much and how long and when to start?

Havent looked in to the primo but with the test, it depends on which one you are using. Check the PCT stickie at the top of the page for start times and doses normally are around:

50mg per day for 4 weeks with the clomid and 40 mg per day for the first 2 weeks and 20 mg per day the next 2 weeks with nolva. But these can always be altered depending on how much gear you are using and how your body responds.
