Hi Guys,
I need a little help in regards to a first cycle. I will try to be as thorough as possible so I can get the best help.
I'm 28, 6' 4" and 211 lbs. I am roughly 10% bf and my normal body weight for the better part of my adult life has been 180-185 lbs.
I have been working out since I was 16, though I wasn't really serious about my work outs until I was 24-25.
I work out 5 - 6 days a week, one major body part a day. I average 24 total sets of 10 - 15 reps in 5 - 6 different exercises.
My diet is fairly clean and looks something like below 6 days a week.
4:15 am - Banana or peanut butter sandwich
5:00 - 6:30 am - Gym
6:30 am - Shake (15 oz. skim, 2 scoops ON Pro Complex)
8:00 am - 8-10 oz. lean meat, 8 oz. brown rice
10:00 am - Shake (same as above), banana
12:00 pm - 8-10 oz. lean Meat, 8oz. brown rice
2:00 pm - 10 oz. plain low fat greek yogurt, 1-2 ezekiel bread
4:30 pm - cheat snack
6:30 - 7:00 pm - 8- 10oz. lean meat, potato or other starch
10:00 pm - bed (sometimes I have a shake before bed)
I also eat out on occasion though I try to order healthy, and I do enjoy some alcohol on the weekends though I don't get drunk or plastered.
I would like to low dose cycle trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate, 76 mg. injection once a week for 10 weeks.
PCT would be starting week 9 , Clomid, 50 mg. tab once a day for 3-4 weeks.
I do not want to take anything that can aromatize as gyno does not sound appealing.
I also am not looking to get huge, but make some slow and steady gains that will increase my size and get me to the 225- 230 range. I want to gain some good solid muscle, and lose some of my bf, and I understand that Tren is good at doing that.
Any thoughts on whether:
a. I should wait a while longer and work out more before taking the plunge (literally)
b. This would be a good cycle to give me the results that I want.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
