When taking test gel and HCG, do you take gel on the day of hcg?

I have heard that the schedule while on gel is to take roughly 250 IU HCG every 3 days ? Does this sound right? And im wondering on the day of hcg, do i not take the gel?

I'm doing the injectables, but my doc said to take the hcg the day before injection. That said, I'm also under the impression that you are suppose to take the gel everyday so I'm not sure where that would leave you. I would just call and ask him. Someone said it in another post...he works for you, don't forget that.
