I need some advice....

So I got fairly good news from my AA clinic today..My Total test. is at 620. frikkin pretty good for a 41 year old eh? however my free test. was at 11.. Not so good but not horrible as ranges are 6-25..Anyways, the doc gave me two options to raise free test.
#1 Winstrol (oral) at 50mg 8weeks
#2 Anavar 50mg at 8 weeks

i am fully aware that it is not recommended to run these by themselves.But that is what the doc. is "suggesting".
i need some feedback from some of you guys that are on trt/hrt.
Should I say I want some form of tes to go with it?Can you even do that?
it seems that they are asking what I want to do and "if that treatment is in my budget?"
Another question i have is, I am sitting on 50ml of andropen..This cycle was just postponed due to injury (which resulted in some fat gain over the 1 1/2 months I was forced out of the gym) If i was to uttilize the andropen with the winni or var would that screw up my "relationship" with my clinic? In other words would they tell me I didnt follow their program so they will no longer write me prescriptions?
I know technically I should listen to them since I did go to them for help...However I dont think that running either Winni or var by themselves is benificial.(From what I have read and researched,and have experienced with var only cycle personally..)
Any help here would be apprerciated....

Even Anavar will shut down your natural T production. You've got pretty good bloodwork results, and if it were me, I wouldn't want to risk ruining that by taking things I don't need.

With that said, I understand that I don't "NEED" either of them, but from a BB point of view they would be a nice addition to my Andropen cycle..My real question remains.
1. Do most clinics operate via your request for specific products?
2. Will an issue arrise by taking aditional gear while under treatment from clinic?

I would think you would want to find out what is taking up your free t. Any other results from your bloodwork?

Find that answer, correct and you will be golden.

You will probably find your SHBG is a bit high, possibly combined with albumin. Check those two items and you should find the culprit. As stated, the anabolic choices will help, but yea, your then going to go counter productive with suppressing your natural production. One option to consider is to seek out some stinging nettle root. It will work and you don't have to worry about getting suppressed.

Are you saying to forget the winni and var that the clinic prescribed and try stinging nettle.. Or are you suggesting adding stinging nettle to one of those to prevent shut down?

let's look at your labs. i am saying that if you can get your free t up, no need to add anything until you are ready to cycle. There are several things you can try to get your shbg down if it is high - although there are several things that can be taking up your t. I would get the scripts filled regardless if you are going to take them or not.

in answer to your one question...what i've seen from the clinics is YES u CAN order WHATEVER u want..


and taking your own test isnt going to piss them off...they would prefer you buy from them but hey u have to use what you already have...winnie is pretty harsh on liver...agree with the bros, try something else to lower shbg and if u want a nice anabolic ask them for nandralone...anavar also pretty expensive

Yeh, I asked if they would prescribe tes and they said no because my total test. was 620..That is fine,I dont want to have to be on trt if I dont need to be..I just figured since they prescribed me winny/var for 8 weeks then I could just treat it like a cycle.
i will probably fill it for var and just wait till I start my andropen cycle to run it..
