    fuk the snow
if the wood is for keeping the house warm, then fuk the wood chopping
won't ride a harley in the snow mate, not anymore.

    first house?
    cost?

I remember me and my woman's first house. We had to christen every room. If other people had known, they definately would not have eated off my dining room table!!!

The wood is for a fire pit out back. The house is all electric. This will be the 5th house we have had (we rent) but if we like it at this house we might buy.
Its 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1800sq ft., all electric, built in 2008, 2.5 acres of land, a wrap around deck on the front of the house. Private access deck off of the master bedroom, two driveways, a creek and cave on property, etc.

Rent is 650 a month, or buy it for 100k

Buying a house is such a personal choice that you cant go by what some of us would say. You are the one who will live there and make the payments and taxes and upkeep and..... in the end it is what makes you happy. If it is in your price range and located in an area that you like, no nearby meth houses, no major violence, drivebys, etc. Also do you have a plan, like is it a fixer upper and are you going to fix it up and move in about 5 years making a profit on it. And how is that area on house sales. Just some things to consider.

Well the comments here won't make or break my decision, but I am excited about the idea, and I just wanted to see what others think. It's also definitely not a fixer upper. I personally feel like it is perfect for me and my needs, and it's just what I'm looking for.

my woman won't do the nasty or take her clothes off in public. But, since the hot tub was in an enclosed room with blinds, and lights, she went wild in there. We had to still keep it kinda quiet, since wasn't sound proof and she worried about the neighbors maybe hearing....

Yeah I kind of figured you would fill that gap....my computer is running slow today so I got pissed off waiting for pics of babes in hot tubs to download and just posted what I had. I need to reformat and reinstall my system but have been to lazy to go there. I really need to buy a mac and get away from uncle bill gates.

Skyler, The DEA in Northern Arkansas made several Meth Lab Raids recently and reposessed the mobile homes the criminals lived in. Anyhow, the realty company down there combined the homes into a lavish mansion with immediate occupancy. They are selling it for a bargain. It has local charm and you can hear banjo music on the porch at night with muffled sounds of squeal like a pig......

Everything looks outdated. The bathrooms are SUPER small. Are you even going to get able to take a $hit in that small area ? Your going to have to get up and walk over to the sink just to wipe your ass.

I admit the house looks much less roomy in the video, maybe its the lense on the camera and the way it shows perspective or something? To walk around the house though, it is pretty roomy, and the bathrooms are bigger than my current bathrooms. Hell, in my current house, we don't even have a bath tub, the two bathrooms are so small that they only have those closet sized showers in them. So, with this new place, it's got 3 bathrooms, one shower, two tubs, one of which is a garden tub, so that department is a huge upgrade for me. As far as things being outdated, i'm not sure? All I know is the guy who owns the place bought it when it was half way built because the people building it ran out of money. He then finished it himself because he and his son own a company that does that type of thing. So, in the end, it's a lot of house and a lot of land for an affordable price. I'm not sure what houses are like in other parts of the country, but for Indiana, this house is the type that you would show off to your friends, lol.

Yes, go down the hill to the creek, and the creek leads into a cave
