What type of jobs inhibit folks from dippin into the juice? I've heard of jobs drug testing for certain illicit substances but never did they test for much more than recreational type drugs such as marijuana, cocain, opiates, pcp, and some various hallucinagenic drugs.

    NIce avatar btw.

    Thanks a lot guys!

Bellezzo, it took me 7 years... keep in mind that I had no idea what a good nutrition is, I had no idea about how to lift any weights nor do a proper cardio workout. So you are looking at 7 years of actually learning and trying things, not to mention all the times I have given up and was going on and off.

As you said earlier, you are into fitness big time so you are way ahead of the game if you wanted to compare the time when I started.

You can make amazing changes in one year of really hard work and consistency.

As to the DIET: It was all based on the principles and general rules given on this forum, from the guys here. The way I learned how to build mass over the years was in the DIET SECTION. Simply post what you are doing for nutrition now, what time you are eating each meal and how much protein, carbs and fats you are consuming and these guys will guide you through it.

For the supplements there was nothing out of ordinary that I was taking. Whey protein, Vitamin C, Animal Pak vitamins, Magnesium, Calcium, Chondroitin, Glucosamine, Dextrose sugar post workout. So pretty much the general protein, some vitamins and minerals. As I started to move bigger weights I started feeling it in my tendons and joints so I also added some MSM, on top of the another two mentioned.

It can be done, brother. Hard workout, consistency and the NUTRITION. No magic to it.

Send me a PM any time with questions and I will help you out as much as I can.

I strongly recommend going to the DIET section to build your own diet with the help of these guys.

    Take care!

Im currently 5'10 185 lbs...i have a relatively low bodyfat %...but my body isnt as muscular as i want it...i guess its because i saw how big i got when i juiced and now its nowhere near as developed..i hear muscles have memory, lets hope they remember how big they were!!!! Been working out hard for past 6 or 7 months after a short break (bad breakup) just have to stay focused i guess...im finding it hard to stuff the calories down man,no appetite...i know i will never grow if i dont eat...keep doing your thing uber...you look great....how many lbs did you put on in your fist yr? Do you remember?

No problem at all Bellez. Thanks for the kind words man, it means a lot!

You have a great stats being 185@5'10 and I think you would look insane at about 210Lbs with 8% BF. If you think about it... this is only 25Lbs away!

I cannot recall how much I gained exactly. You know how it is at frist, you see changes because your body is not used to working out at all. It keeps you going, but then... it seems as the gains slow down. Well, it happens all the time... but it is up to you to keep track of your workout and nutrition by having a journal and countig each set, each rep, each meal and counting all of the calories. This is the ONLY way for you to know... what you are doing to your body. So, each time you hit that slow down, it is time to adjust. Perhaps change exercises, add more weight, add more nutrition, more rest, maybe change the routine split a bit etc. You may think that this is a lot of stuff, but you should be happy to have all these variables... it only means more ways to change things around in order to progess.

I remember that when I really got hold of this nutrition planning... this is when things really started working out. I was getting bigger... stronger. I also did have my set backs, school... women...work etc. Don't think about how much you can gain the first year or the second. Just focus 100% on what you are going to do and what you are doing to get to your goal. Before you know it... you will already be there. Also, you say that sometimes you have no apetite. Sometimes I don't have it too...sometimes I just don't feel like doing all this eating over and over again. Same food...same story. The best weapon that I ever found to solve this kind of issues was... each time I know I am suppose to do something and I don't feel like it or whatever else the reason is... I ask myself right there and then... why do I need to do this... then it is my choice... either I will go ahead and cook that chicken and 1.5 cup of oats when I don't feel like it... or I will go and skip that meal and slow down my gains. All up to you brother. How bad do you want to reach your goal will answer all of your "I don't..." questions and will help you make that choice.

When I see someone tell me they are juicing because they maxed out their natural potential after working out for one...three or five years... I just say bullsh!t. An easy excuse to get hold of that needle... thinking it is a magical treatment that will just get the huge.

This is why you can be bigger and look much better than most of the guys that are using anabolics but don't have any idea about what they are doing. They might think that they do... but it usually is the same story in the end.

Who knows... maybe your genetics are so damn good that you will gain 20Lbs of muscle the first year! Haha!

How will you know if you don't try?

Your first goal - 200Lbs at 10% BF!

Get to work buddy! It is only a matter of time!

Let me know if you need some help on the workout split and exercises as well as HIT training.

    Heheh. Good question.

It is because when I joined this forum back in 2005, the only thing I had on my mind was to take steroids. In fact, it was the very first question that I posted in here. This is when I got flamed and kicked out to the Diet and Workout section.

The things is... my goals are quite high and I am still planning on using anabolics sometime next year. I just want to make sure that I did enough work before going that direction. The time will show.
