hey yall...couple of quick questions...
My current goals are to cut bodyfat and get that clean, cut lean muscle look. i am in the military, and i do a LOT of running due to my job (6 miles mon, wens, and friday) i go to the gym requently and i have dropped down to 173. i am tryin to stay under 185, as being airborne, i dont want to be BIG!
I have looked at winnie, but i have never used it. what would yall recommend for a first time user, and what am i gonna be lookin at as far as muscle growth and tone?
