When i say all natural, i mean no supplements, creatine, or anything of that sort! All quality high protein foods, eating clean, and recently no dining out. Other recent change about a month ago i started taking two scoops of EAS 100% whey directly after training and im starting to see it work. Im going to see if i can hit 185lbs without gain in BF % before i start my test P only cycle. If i start to make some more progress all natural with now adding supplements, il see how far that takes me before i start the cycle. Not looking to rush into anything.
