    maxing out whlie on cycle?

im into powerlifting and saturday i have a comp.im starting to feel the cycle pretty good now im going into my 4 th week test e 300 mg /eq 300 mg ive taken 3 shots each things going well ,im also running 12.5 mg of exemastane eod.im a little nervous that i might over do it in the comp. its like i dont no my own strength ,which would be great but i have a comp this week end. tennis elbow is completely gone 2 weeks in no more pain. between that and the cycle im the strongest ive ever been. cant beleive it kicked in this quick.should i not do this comp?

    I'm confused.....

You took Test to get stronger, now that you are stronger.... you are contemplating not competing in your power lifting comp..... Am I missing something?

if you've been training you should know where your at with your lifts, go for small increases and see whrer your limit is. my dumbell presses went up as did all my lifts but i still know my limit.

I think he may be worried about getting injured? Hopefully he knows how to warm up properly. Either that or he is gloating.

Ahh man. Totally off subject but I had some major tennis elbow during my last cycle and I was seriously worried every workout, cause I try to lift heavy like 6/4/4/4. But luckily I pushed through it with nothing happening. Now my tennis elbow is gone and I feel good.

Ok, I was right on my first assumption. You are worried about getting injured.

I also used a lot of dumbbell workouts with my tennis elbow. That helped...

i developed some pain in my elbows for a while and found it was do to spending far too much time doing tricept extensions on a cable machine, the main issue was allowing the movement to take my arm far past 90 degrees with all that stress on the joint. i started limiting how far i would lower the weight and only allow my arm to bend just past 90, and i also limited myself on the number of sets and reps i would do. pain went away in a few weeks. i also dont use those triangle bars anymore.

also, i did lots of heavy lifting and maxing on my first cycle, as well as the few times i took ph's and never had any issues. so long as you have good form and have enough training history behind you to have built up good tendons you should be alright.

    good luck in your comp

yes i noticed alot of stress doing skull crushers and cable pulls, that sucks i love working triceps . valid point , i did my comp yesterday . did pretty shitty i guess i need more re-hab on my elbow cant take the stress kind of embarresing . no more comps . on the left side realy gets me throwing up dumbell for exercizes for incline and military always trained going up to 140 lb dumbells , had to go down to 90s on chest and military sucks feel weird in the gym tring to not be noticed anymore . was always stronger and proud of it . i was hoping the cycle would help this . and it has been but i felt the stress on the elbow hard corps yesterday so i guess im going to have to start training a little diff. thanks for advice.
