What kills me about the situation, is now that you have recieved that letter what do you do in the future? Coming from an IT background I have always been curious about this if you get things sent registered mail then it seem like it would be very easy to put a flag on the address since its in an electronic format, however if its just being sent by regular mail then it seems it would be a lot harder to flag, since they would have to physically check all the mail coming into that zip to find out if you were recieving another delivery. Further it seems that using trackable mail the DEA or whoever could simply" look at" ( by look at I mean run a program on a computer to find data patterns) all senders and compare the number of packages sent, the frequency of sending to the same recipient, the number of times a certain senders packages were tracked compared to the norm etc. etc. to identify shipping profiles suggestive of illegal activity. It really amazes me that any distributer in this day and age would send a package that could be tracked knowing how easy it is to identify shipping profiles through any number of means once the data becomes digital.
Just an old IT guys 2 cents.
