Yes i know i'm going to get a lot of "try some food first" replies, but here is my reasoning for starting at such a low bodyweight.
My journey into bodybuilding starts 3.5 years ago at 127 lbs skinny-fat. (5' 10")
March 2010 i was at 176 lbs, that's when i started to cut for summer, and at the end of the summer i decided to go for the slower gains in order to keep my BF% down.
Now i'm 25 years old, 155 lbs lean, gaining little by little but with no extra fat.
I'm also prone to acne so i want to avoid that at all cost, hence starting with a low BF and a first cycle of only 300mg test/wk. Please take my word that i'm very analytical about diet and on-cycle i'll make sure to keep my diet spot on.
I'm also optimistic that by starting at a low BF and a maintanence number of cals, when test will kick in along with the extra calories i will put mostly quality,lean mass. Arimidex on cycle also.
I'm just curious about what my expectations should be for a 10 weeks, 300mg TEST-E FIRST cycle. Honestly i would be very happy to end up with 10lbs after PCT.
