I'm confused which steroids are best. I'm halfway through my first cycle of test cypionate and I seem to be increasing fat more than muscle. I eat well, I get plenty of protein and I work out very hard 5 days a week, sometimes 6. I eat six times a day and I get no more than 100 carbs a day, as well as 300 grams of protein a day. I'm 6'5", nearly 270 pounds now and I started at 250-255. I run 30 minutes before every workout and do another 30 minutes of stair mill after my workout. This extra weight is killing my lower back as well when I run. Makes my hamstrings and lower back muscles extremely tight and spasm even though I stretch a good 30 minutes or more daily.

What anabolic is "best" for getting your body fat down? I feel strong on test cypionate but I also feel fat! And 15 pounds weight gain in 6 weeks seems a bit much, especially when I get no more than 3,000 calories a day and I burn 1,000 off with cardio alone! Everything is fitting tight and my wife wants to know when I'm going to start leaning up (she is not happy thus far with how this is making me look!)

I've been reading about Primo, Dianabol, Test, etc. What should I try for my next cycle?

Also, is PCT the same for all these steroids?

I currently take about 2-3 cc's per week of test cyp right now split up on mondays and thursdays, usually 1cc each mon and thurs. I would rather not do any water based, only oil.
