Time on cycle + PCT = time off cycle hard set rule?

Bros, I am about to finish up my first cycle. I've been runnin Test Prop and Var for about 10 weeks. No major sides to mention, except some soreness in the joints. I'm thinkin Deca will alleviate that on my next cycle. So here's my question, bros: Do I really need to take 4 months off cycle? I'm 31 years old. I've been hittin 250 iu of HCG twice a week. No shrinkage. I'd like to take about a month or two off cycle completely (after the 4-week PCT) and go back on in March 2011. I still don't get why you have to wait 4 months. Once the nads are back, they are back, no?

It's not just about testicular recovery. Your lipids, liver values, and cholesterol levels can be negatively effected as well. The only way to be sure of full recovery is by getting blood work done.

In other words, wait about a month after finishing PCT and get BW done? If all is good then start pinning again?

give your body a break for at least a few months even if your BW comes back fine.

And this. Giving your receptors time off from all of the hormones is a good idea, even if pros don't follow that mindset.

So the pros don't follow this rule?? The pros DO cycle don't they? I'm not talking about the year-round cycle. lol What do pros do and why would my body suffer any differently?

Pros in many careers make choices that have a negative impact on health. Many pro body builders do not take nearly enough time off, they fully understand that they are probably doing irreprable damage to their HPTA as well as the rest of their body, however this is how they pay the bills and a trade off for them. The same holds true of many NFL players they play with injuries despite the fact that they are not yet recovered and further competition many cause life long pain..its all part of the game. Proffesional painters and bodymen, welders and the like routinely expose themselves to levels of chemicals, solvents and heavy metals that will cause long term health consequences.

Well just like I would not think of sitting inside a 48" metal pipe for 8 hrs a day welding breathing heavy metals that are known to cause parkinsons like health problems, I would not do back to back 8 week blasts of a gram of test and a gram of tren but for a pro body builder this may be a choice that he makes.

To answer your question directly your body will probably not suffer any differently...the question is do you want it to suffer the same?

I am talking about taking about 45 days off AFTER pct and blood work and going back on a 700 mg test a week / 350 mg deca a week 3 month cycle. A gram of tren? back to back 8 weeks? no. I honestly believe if my body would suffer that much after a 45 day off cycle period, then it's suffering on cycle anyway. I'm thinking about doing this for another year or so: that is... cycle 12 weeks, PCT then rest 45-60 days, then cycle again. That's two more cycles in the next year. After that, I'll slow down. Remember, I'm just now completing my first ever cycle at age 31. Two more cycles over the next year shouldn't kill me. If it does, then I shouldn't be juicing at all IMHO.

I think the whole blood work thing kinda got misconstrued, the time to get blood work is not after PCT, its after PCT and Time off..anotherwards right before you are going to start your next cycle (this is done to verify that you have recovered) if you want to wait another month or two after the bloodwork comes back showing recovery that's great. The point I am making is that getting bloodwork done at the end of PCT or even a couple of weeks after will not yield realistic data as your body will still be affected by the PCT drugs just as it was from the AAS, you need to give your body at least a month after PCT to normalize before you will get any meaningful bloodwork results. Cutting you time off by a couple of weeks if I read what you are saying correctly is certainly not the end of the world but the accecpted minimum is Timeon+PCT= Time off...I am sure this was developed by the many who have done cycles and had blood work done at various points to see how long good recovery usually took and that this rule was the result of those experiments.

Understood. I'll wait 45 days after PCT finished and get the blood work done. If all comes back good, I'll go back on cycle.

whats the rush in doing another cycle so quickly ??? is an extra 6-8 weeks offgonna kill you ??? i doubt it , you sound impatient for no good apparent reason .... its time on + pct = time off 4 a reason to get ya balls working again whether youve taken hcg to keep them big doesnt mean there working also as some 1else has already stated your liver values , kidney function, lipids, hdl ldl cholesterol, bilirubin, rbc ,the list goes on ..... rather than waiting until these are all in check (and then me prsonally id wait some more so my body can have a break and reach homeostasis again) you wanna jump in and do aother cycle what is the rush as you said your 31 yrs old many of good training years ahead

just be patient and wait it out , seriously

It's probably best to take about 4 months off cycle. I just like the feeling of being on. Eating lots, gaining little fat and tremendous power in the gym. Not to mention the libido spike.
