    Question Liquid egg whites

    I was in Wal Mart checking out liquid egg whites.But How would you figure.How many ounces = 8 eggs. I read nothing on the carton that could help.Any answers?

    Good Question. I never measured it out but the nutrition fact/serving size is 1/4 cup (56g). I'm just assuming that is 1 egg? Sorry if I'm wrong.

    One egg contains about one tablespoon of egg yolk and two tablespoons of egg white

    about 1 fl. oz of egg white per egg

    The rest you can work out. Remember google is your friend.
