For the last 2 weeks ive been doing HIIT on a bike.
I do:
3 min warmup
30 sec hard 30sec low
3 min cooldown
The total comes to 29.5 mins
I was just wounder if doing this 5 days a week is to much? If it is how many days should I do it and what should I do inbetween those days? My aim is fat loss
