Doing two/three a days with this workload being one aspect of my workout is wearing on me. I have been thinking about doing a cycle or two of something, but I have no idea where to start. What I need is something that can help boost my strength and recovery while at the same time NOT hindering my aerobic or anaerobic endurance. I take protein and glutamine at the moment, but was hoping someone could point me in the direction of something a little more potent, or if someone is in the same situation and what you may be using. I've seen the profile pages, but I don't even know where to start with that and any search I do basically leads me to blood doping in cycling. Any suggestions or help is much appreciated.
