What is your favorite drink of choice, how many do you have in average day/week/month (whichever is applicable), and do you think it affects or hinders your progress in regards to training?
My current favorite is Ketel One w/ diet tonic and wedge of lime. For the last 12 months I only have a couple with my Sunday once a week cheat meal and don't thinly it affects my training at all. I used to drink a lot more but.........
