Im having this horrible pain in my shoulder and would like someone with knowledge in this area. Just got back in gym after four years of back surgeries and freaking sucks now shoulder seems shot!

Where is the pain specifically? and in what type of movements does it hurt the most? also, how about in your sleep, any problems there? numbness, chronic pain etc.?
