hey people iam new to this site i need some advice iam wanting to start on m drol or tren bomb or somthing simler whats the pest pct to take and what supliments to go with it ie protine and carbs would be greatfull for some help as this sort ov thing is new to me i have been training with nothing mor than just pro shakes and hard clean training for 5 years and still not happy with my size and weight and build thanks lucas83
