fake steroids sterile?

I read something on the internet about gear from underground labs or fake human grade gear that is not sterile. has anybody here ever had any experience with that? can I just bake or cook every ampoule or vial and it is a 100 % sterile or will that destroy the testosterone?

only cooking do not make it 100% sterile, if you will destroy testosterone - it depends from temperature you will use
