Ok...here's the deal. I bought a bottle of Fish Oil caps, but I cant seem to force myself to take them. I guess it might be because for so long I always heard "fats are bad" back in the day. Any suggestions for how to approach this?

Well I'm not sure what your stats or goals are, but regardless, you need fat to burn fat. Your macros have to be correct, and it's hard to tell how much you should be taking not knowing from which other food's you are already getting your fats. Post your diet, goals, etc, and we can be of more help.
Good Fats are not bad, they are actually very healthy. Fats do not make you fat, excess calories do. Look at our culture, we are a low fat crazed society and yet we keep getting more and more obease as time goes on, no matter how many low fat foods and gyms come about. Fat isn't the problem, excess calories are ( carbs, mainly sugars). Hope this helps. Now take your EFA's, and use those caps up and get the oil, much cheaper and more "powerful".

Thanks bro, since you were so nice I will hit you off with a little more info healthy fats also increase natural testosterone production. That should make you be able to cram down those EFA.Originally posted by Rampage Jackson
