Was just wondering what would give me the best lean bulk. I'm 6'0" 190lbs and not looking to just bulk up with water retention or whatnot but wanting to put on 10-20LBS of clean lean muscle. Any thoughts?

Set up a very nutrient rich diet that is about 300-500 calories above TDEE and train hard and smart.
is that the first responce that you guys give to everyone on this site is setup a good diet and train? I have the proper diet that i need and i do train at least 5 days a week. i know all about the cardio i need to stay fit and keep my abs looking good and to keep BF down to a minimum. all i wanna know is what is something that will give me a good clean lean bulk. If i wanted to gain weight the easy way id just eat everything within arms reach and gain it that way but I'm tryin to train.
your question wasn't very clear on what you were asking. are you looking for a weight gainer? isolate? creatine? etc??
