39 yr old friend wants to try sust. Any and all suggestions please!!!

After my cycle of sust. my friend liked my results that i got after my 10wks. He's 39, about 6'1", 220 and prob 20% bf. has a shitty diet and smokes. has always been really athletic, always has lifted since h.s. and was in tough guy fighting the past couple of years before it was called "mma" he already has gear and is pretty insistant that he's gonna do it the 1/2/11 when i start my cycle. i'm the only person he will listen to (even though i've told him he eats too shitty to be worth it) but i just want to know i'm at least guiding him in the right direction, but i'm not sure with me being 27 that my way is the same way he should go.

    10 weeks
    mon - 1ml of 250
    thurs - 1ml of 250
train 6 days on 1 off, 3500/4000 calories from mainly shakes due to his schedule, 440 grams of protien, and 400 carbs for his diet.

but where i'm really unsure is his pct due to his age. please any and all help!
    thanks

shitty diet, high bf, and u say he is athletic? I'm not so sure about that. Lifting six days in a row is crazy. Especially if he's 39 and smokes. He's not recovering. His calories mainly come from shakes.....that is a sign of laziness. This man is going to juice no matter what u tell him. He'll have worse health issues because of his diet and smoking.

i don't disagree. the post wasn't to already state what i posted (shitty diet, ie smokes, etc) it was to help me guide him in the right direction. he already lifts 6 days on now. and i may be a little high on bf, but all in all he's in actually good shape in general, regardless of his behavior. but either way thanks for the feedback. i agree with you man, shit sucks, i really hope he just gets too freaked about the pins. i showed him my 23 gauge by 1.5" and he about shit himself

needs to lower the b/f 1st, needs to learn how to eat properly. get on track with these two things before he ever touches the gear or he'll be wasting time and money

Age and pct have nothing to do with each other, if he is gonna run the cycle at least educate him on proper pct.

i started my last cycle at 22% BF and dropped down to about 16% with 600mg test/ 400mg deca.. ended losing 15lbs fat and gaining 15lbs muscle.. i had some cycle experience from years before so i knew how i was gonig to react.. i would say lower BF is preferable but not completley necesarry. . as long as he has some arimidex on hand he will be alright..

As for PCT.. just do a search function and do a bit of research.. PCT is always necesarry unless you are on TRT.

PCT would be exactly the same for an 39 year old athletic smoker (whatever that is) as it would be for an 39 year old athletic non-smoker.
    Clomid / Nolva
I like to see people using hcg during their cycle.
I also like to see sust being injected at the very minimum of every 3rd day.
Funny how people think AAS is some kind of magic that will make you big and strong no matter what your program is.

can be done at a higher bf but isnt optimal and diff ppl can have diff reactions to high bp so why risk it?
