Calorie question

Does anyone know how many calories, carbs, etc are in almond and vanilla extract?

BTW, I would say Almond is about the same they are made up mostly of water, alcohol, and some vanilla or almond.

I am 5 days out from my first show and EVERYTHING is being counted. I didn't want extra cal, carbs, Na, or K sneeking in.
