    Test E + Dbol. Second Cycle.

    Hi everyone,
    I have been working out for 5months now, and have already done a dbol cycle for bulking and a clen cycle to matain/recomp followed with 10days of novla 40mg with the dbol. I am 19yrs old, 165lbs 5ft11 with 11% bf, i have 14inch arms.

    Lifts are

    Squat: 225lbs*8reps
    Bench: 135lbs*11reps
    other ones are close to my weight.


    Before Dbol cycle

    Squat 135lbs*10reps
    Bench 65lbs*8reps

    23:01:02
    dbol 40mg weeks 1-8
    test ethnate weeks 1-10
    with pct novla weeks 12-16.

    My diet will consist of about 4000cals

    300grams of protein
    600grams of carbs
    120grams of fat

    Trying to get to 195

    Cardio will be a hockey game every saturday
    23:01:13
    Will use a weightlifting/hypertrophy training regiment while i workout.


    Before u flame me, i have started lifting late at 18yrs old (5months ago) and i have the work ethic just not the patience..

    5 months is not enough time to develop work ethic! Man, steroids are not a crutch, they're a tool. If you use them "just" because you're impatient, than you are making a big mistake that will catch up to you in the future.

    already contemplating a 2nd cycle...

    workout hardout with good food and rest, and do a decent cycle when you are nearer to 25.
    I had my 1st cycle when I was 38. Not saying to wait that long, but by then I felt I could not take myself further naturally. Good things take time. A rushed job is always a shit one.

    Ummm really?? How about hes 19. Or that hes 165lbs. Or that hes only lifted for 5 months. Or that he wants to use 2 compounds that his dose is too high. Or that 8 week is WAAAAY too long on Dbol. Or that 40mg is too high. Or that 500mg/wk is too high. You choose the reason. I just corrected you.

    The cycle itself not that hes young or anything read my whole statement before you get worked up, everything aside not including age or lifting stats, everywhere i hear 30-40mg of dbol as a kicker say ok 4weeks instead of 6 , and test 500mg/week, is considered the "classic mass builder'. Keep in mind i'm taking equations such as his age and everything outta here and only speaking to the cycle itself. Furthermore hes already done a dbol cycle, so test+dbol wouldnt be that much to bear, i dont support the use of riods this early buy keep in mind every pro bodybuilder that we idolize has started juicing well before 19.. its his body and his descion in the long run

    Bro, its not about that his cycle is planned poorly. Its about the person going on the cycle. Again, re-consider your cycle bro. 165lbs?? you gotta get some more training exp. under your belt before you want to hop on a test cycle.

    We'll I guess thats the bar + 10lbs on each side?.
    My 90yearold grandma can do that

    I think this is a thread that needs to be deleted or closed it is only here to stir the pot.

    Lol. The reason i weighed what i did was because i did wrestling and had to keep my weight down. I was probably a natural 155.

    I don't even know where to start....

    1) Way too young
    2) Way too early into the game, its a marathon, not a sprint.
    3) You don't weigh enough at your height to be running test. I would reconsider once you hit 185lb minimum.

    If you do this cycle, you are looking at possible damage to your hormonal system, and possible joint or muscle injury.

    Just to give you an idea, a friend of mine tore his pec muscle and the doc said its irrepairable. You don't want this happening to you, and at 5months of experience, you are risking too much.

    Look into some natural test boosters, you can make nice gains till 22-23 years of age

    That has to be either be a typo or OP isn't really a dude!

    The 135 squat is kinda low too. The fact that both of these went up to 135 and 225 (assuming starting bench was 65) means OP must not have been trying for initial 5 months.

    I've been training effectively for 5 years, (lifting MUCH longer) and still don't think I've hit my genetic potential.... (I've had gear and PCT for a 12 week cycle in hand for 3 years and still not touched it) Not trying to boast here but show you what is possible. I started lifting as a beanpole ectomorph at 6'0 162lbs and got to 218lbs @ 16% naturally. I'm sitting here now at 204 13% and STILL not ready... You have to figure out what diet and training works for you through trial and error. This takes a hell of a lot longer than 5 months.

    MARKUZ! At your age and natural hormone levels, you will make the best quality (and maintainable) gains of your life... It's a lifestyle and a marathon not a sprint. Now go eat some chicken breasts. There is no such thing as a quick fix.

    I remember being a teenager and benching with 65 pounds. I really thought I had hit the big leagues when I was worked up to being able to put 135 pounds on the bar, using the "big plates" and all!

    I find it sad that somebody advised a kid benching 65 pounds to start steroids, assuming this was a real post. Somebody needs to be slapped on the back of the head with disturbing alacrity.

    LOL @ 65 lbs benchpress and starting steroids. my 125 lbs female friend does more than that...
