Hi, 49yrs old 6' 1" 196lbs up from 188lbs. I was a overweight 237lbs. I have been working out for a little over a year. I workout 5 times a week for about a hour and a half each time. my present workout is Mon Chest arms, Tues back shoulders. Weds Legs. Thurs Chest and arms friday back shoulders off sat sun. I know after reading here that I am not eating enough...so I took off this week and have now upped my diet to about 3500 calories. does anyone have an idea if I am working out to much? not enough? or wrong order? I am not afraid to work hard....any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and all the best, Robert
