    Monitoring test levels?

Recently been diagnosed with having pretty low test, its wierd as when i was a teen my levels felt pretty high.. but lately ive just been feeling like shiz

so i was just wondering if there was a way to increase my levels from like 350 - 1000(+/-)

I lift and play sport regulary but i just dont want to be at a disadvantage to all the people with large ammounts of test

I'm a complete newb to this so any reccommendations of dosage/ drug to start on would be great

Thanks. First of all before you get booted off here since you have to be 18, do you have any idea what your testosterone bloodwork levels were the last time you got them checked?

    was a typo i meant 18

they were 374 something per ml?

i forgot the exact measurements but it was 374 for sure. I looked online and average for my age should be somewhere around 600

    cheers for the replies

Well then here is the deal. If you started taking test to raise your levels now, you can actually make them worse. I know this does not make sense and not what you wanted to hear. What can happen is that you start messing with your own natural testosterone and by doing so this starts to shut down your own test production. So things get worse and horrible things can happen like ED.

I have no idea what to tell you to help raise your test at this point. Please stay away from any and all steroids for now. You will only make things worse. You are still growing and developing and steroids are not suggested for anyone anywhere near 18. Usually it is suggested to wait until mid 20's before starting.

But wait to hear what all the guys say on this to get more advice.

I am glad you are here.

I'm thinking your test levels are low because you just cut a bunch of weight and you're not eating enough. A diet too low in saturated fats and cholesterol will lower your test (since sex hormones are synthesized in your body from cholesterol and saturated fats). Try bumping up your fat intake (eat more steak) for a few weeks and get plenty of sleep. then go and get rechecked first thing upon waking up in the morning (when test is at its highest).
